Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Window
Boost Engineer offers a refund window of 14 days from the date of service delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Qualifying Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The service must have been purchased directly from Boost Engineer.
- The client must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
- The service must not have been fully rendered or completed.
Cancellation Procedure
Clients wishing to cancel a service must do so in writing via email to our support team. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid any charges.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Boost Engineer if the service has been partially completed. The refund amount will be based on the percentage of the service rendered.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation sessions that have been completed.
- Customized engineering reports or analyses that have been delivered.
- Services rendered beyond the initial scope agreed upon.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
